Signs of aging around the eyes are due to many factors.  First, there is excess skin above the eye causing a droopy sagging brow. Wrinkles and thin skin around the eyes create crow's feet. As well, there are bags under the eyes caused by either fat pockets or by a hollowing from collagen breakdown.

Sciton Profractional and Co2 laser rebuild collagen and tightening the skin. These ablative lasers are a great option for deeper fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes. Dermal fillers can help fill out the hollows under the eyes while neuromodulators can address the crow's feet around the eyes.
